Money

How did I realize this was a scam?

The fraudster even persuaded me to keep investing, telling me that the more I invested, the more I would earn. He said that borrowing money for investment would ultimately be worthwhile.

I don’t like borrowing money from my relatives. However, as the fraudsters kept urging me to increase my investment, I finally had to ask my daughter for a loan.

My daughter became suspicious because I had never borrowed money from her before. After a brief investigation, she discovered that I had fallen victim to a “pig slaughter” fraud scheme.

My daughter and the rest of the family immediately tried to contact law enforcement. Meanwhile, I pretended to remain calm and composed, keeping in touch with the fraudsters so as not to let them realize their lies had been exposed. At the same time, the law enforcement department could use this connection to conduct investigations.

During this period, the fraudster – or perhaps more than one person – urged me to continue investing, while I used various excuses to refuse, saying that I couldn’t invest at the moment.

8/23/2022 The scammer tried to persuade me to borrow the money for the first time.

Alice: “It’s an actor thing? By the way, if I borrow money
from someone, how do I tell them when I can pay them back?”
Justin: First, I want to borrow money from my friends.
I don’t want to make an investment because it is not good for others
to think you are using my own money to invest online.
What should I do if I lose money?
Justin: You can say the slowest will be within two months. Or within
one month at the earliest, with interest.
Alice: “Ok, I’m really sorry about that. I need to think, pray first!”

8/24/2022 The scammer pressured me again to borrow money, more urgently this time.

Justin: Try to get 150,000. I’ll help you with the rest.
Remit the money that you have. I can’t follow up
until it gets to kiki.
You just have to collect to reach 80,000.

Alice: Sigh, sigh ‍

8/29/2022 Again and again, he tried to convince me to borrow money, as if what I owed him was not money, but obedience.

Justin: Any good news today?
How’s the consolidation going?

Alice: In class.
I was just on my way home from class.

8/29/2022 (same day) The scammer began putting pressure on me and trying to entice me, doing everything he could to make me send him money.

Justin: Do you have money ready? The kiki market will be closed
before tomorrow. This wave of losses will run into the millions.

Alice: Come on, still trying

Justin: If you don’t wire it by noon tomorrow, you won’t be able
to get it to the account that day. Then you have no chance.
At least 150,000 to 200,000. I’ll make up the rest for you
I’ve been following this big market for so long. Don’t miss it

Alice: OK, I know! Too tired, sleep first, follow up as soon as
possible tomorrow!

8/30/2022 Because I didn’t send the money, the scammer lost his composure.

Justin: Is it fun?
Do you take my talking as farting?
Say something? ? ? /

If you can’t get more money today,
you can’t get more money.
Why are you perfunctory with me? ? ??

8/31/2022 Under my guidance, he contradicted what the first scammer said. In that moment, I knew-he was the second person.

Alice: Wow, you don’t know that the dead come first, how can you say
Is trying to find graves for the dead playing? I hope you didn’t
offend the dead.
When your plane crashed, you were lucky to be alive. Weren’t the
family desperately busy burying your wife in a grave at that time?
How can you ignore a person’s death and not let the deceased go to
the ground, just like your wife!

Justin: How did I know? You didn’t tell me about it, and you didn’t tell
me how many days to get (Note: the money). You didn’t explain it to
me at all.
Justin: I am single, and I don’t have a wife. The dead come first. You
didn’t explain to me before, how would I know?
Justin: Make me wait here every day.
Justin: I told you so long in advance, and you didn’t give me an answer!

9/16/2022 He fully revealed his true nature. His rage was no longer hidden. Every word was saturated with control and malice.
